Is life coaching for you? Let’s find out.
Have You Ever Felt Stuck?
When was the last time that you had a problem that you just couldn’t figure out how to solve? Is there something you want to do that you just can’t seem to get done? Do you have a goal that you’re trying to achieve?
If you’re like most people, you currently have a problem that’s nagging at you, something that needs to be completed, or a goal that you haven’t been able to achieve on your own.
A Life Coach can Help You Solve Your Problems and Achieve Your Goals
Hi! I’m Jackie. I love coaching and helping people solve their problems and achieve their goals. If you’ve wondered, “What is life coaching?” or “Can a life coach help me?” you’re in the right place. I’m answering the questions you have now!
What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching allows people to take their lives from good to great. Through life coaching sessions, you will learn skills that help you manage your own mind so that you can improve your life.
What is the Difference Between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Therapy is better suited for people who need to process things from their past. On the other hand, life coaching is much more present and future-focused. Life coaching is for people who want help dealing with current problems or want to achieve bigger goals in the future.
I Specialize in Serving Homeschool Parents, but I’m Currently Coaching Other People Too…
You might wonder, “Are your life coaching sessions just for homeschool parents?”
While I specialize in serving homeschool parents and the homeschooling community, I am currently offering free life coaching services to anyone 18 or older. That’s right, even if you’re not a homeschooling parent, you can sign up for my complimentary coaching sessions.
Life Coach School: Coach Certification Program
Presently, I am enrolled in Brooke Castillo’s Life Coach School. While I am going through the Coach Certification Program, I am offering complimentary coaching sessions to any adult who is 18 or older.
By the way, if you hear me say “CCP“, I’m referring to the Coach Certification Program.
Where Do the Coaching Sessions Happen?
For each coaching session, we’ll meet on Zoom for 25 minutes.
As part of the Coach Certification Program, all coaching calls will be recorded. The purpose of recording the call is so that I can review it with my instructor and receive feedback about my coaching.

Option Two: Get Coached with Your Friends
If you don’t want to come for coaching alone, then you can invite your friends to join you. That’s right, up to five friends can join the call.
Some of your friends can get coached, while others sit back and watch. You’ll be astounded by how much you and your friends benefit and learn by watching one another get coached.
Option Three: Join a Small Group Call
If you don’t want to coach alone and you don’t want to come to a coaching call with friends, then this is the call for you.
This is a small group of up to 15 people.
Some people can get coached while others watch.
Come to the 55-minute call, and I’ll ask those who want to be coached to raise their “virtual” hand.
Are You Still Wondering if Life Coaching is for You?
If you’re still wondering if life coaching can help you, then watch the video below.
As previously mentioned, I’m currently going through the life coach certification program through the Life Coach School (owned by Brooke Castillo).
With my client, Alyssa’s consent, I am sharing this coaching session. This is the first coaching session that I’ve done that is not with another student going through the certification process or with an instructor.
While I clearly made mistakes in this session, it was still a helpful coaching session for Alyssa.
Alyssa is a homeschooling mom who brought a homeschooling challenge to this session.
Since her problem was one that I felt many homeschool parents could relate to, I asked for her permission to share this coaching session.
I hope that you find this coaching session helpful. If you are interested in signing up for a coaching session, you can learn more here.
